Steve Horning

I’m Steve Horning, a State Farm agent based in York, PA, and for more than thirty‐five years I’ve had the privilege of serving State Farm customers across York, Lancaster, Dover, Jacobus, Dallastown, Loganville, and the surrounding communities. This is my home, and the people I work with every day are also my neighbors. Over the years, I’ve remained committed to serving Pennsylvania communities, especially throughout York County, by showing up consistently and staying involved. I’m a graduate of Shippensburg University, where I earned my B.S.B.A. degree and met my wife. Together, we’ve raised three sons and welcomed two daughters‐in‐law into our family, and we share our home with our rescue dogs, Sadie and Lucy. Giving back has always been an important part of my life here in York. I’ve served on the board of directors for Olivia’s House – A Grief and Loss Center for Children, acted as a former President of the Jacobus Lions Club, volunteered with York Habitat for Humanity, and supported the York County Economic Alliance, along with local police and fire responders. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me endurance running or training for ultra‐marathons, whether that’s on the trails around Lakes Redman and William or along the roads of York County. I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to work with individuals and families throughout the area.
